What I Learned Today: Power of Attorney (POA)
Today while studying for my title abstracting exam, I learned a little more about Power of Attorney and the authority it gives someone to act on another person’s behalf. In this quick video, I’m sharing one of my takeaways about POAs and how they can come into play in real estate and title work. Just documenting the journey and sharing what I’m learning along the way! 📚🏡

Title Reference Guide – Module 1: Understanding Title Abstracting
Module 1 complete! 📚🏡 In this video, I share some of the foundational concepts I learned in the Title Reference Guide Module 1, including the role of a title abstractor, chain of title, common title defects, easements, abstracts of title, and how a title search connects to the title insurance commitment. Whew! 😮‍💨 If I sound a little winded toward the end, just know I pushed through and got it done! 😂 This module challenged me, but I completed the lesson, finished the exam, and wanted to make sure I got this video posted today so I can move forward to the next module tomorrow. One module at a time. Learning, applying, and growing. 📖✨
