Hello,
Today I started using the BrainTap app, and I find it really interesting—it feels good and seems beneficial.
I’ve also been using the Welltory app for some time, which measures HRV, emotional state, energy levels, stress, and more. What I’ve noticed in Welltory is that there seems to be a lack of coherence between my brain, my breathing, respiratory system and the heart. They don’t feel synchronized or in harmony.
It almost feels like my vagus nerve is not well connected with my brain.
So my question for you is: within the BrainTap app, which sessions, topics, or titles would be most appropriate to help me restore coherence between these systems?
Today, I tried a session focused on the vagus nerve for the first time, but I’m wondering if there’s a more strategic approach or specific combination of sessions I should follow? Thank you
