You're Invited to TODAY's Free Live Zoom Call on our Earth Guides App at 10am PST (allow time to create a login, and settle in). It's an Open Forum Discussion for Outdoor Facilitators, Guides and Nature Educators. This is a chance to share in all our depth and scope of interest and experience when it comes to taking people outside, making it easier and hopefully more accessible and safe. I have to be honest, I didn't expect this. After posting a simple post on Facebook this past Saturday, I received over 200 requests for more information. Two hundred!!! I'm genuinely overwhelmed, in the best possible way, and deeply grateful for the interest and trust that is growing globally. So, I'm hosting a live, Open Forum style Zoom call here on Earth Guides today (link below) Will you join in, invite a friend, spread the word? OR Send me your notes by 9am? OR comment on the recording once I get it out there? I'll be sharing some of what came in all of these comments, the themes, the voices, the variety, and starting to shape it all into a series of conversations for our growing global community of outdoor facilitators, guides, and nature educators. What struck me most is just how many different people responded. Different backgrounds, different contexts, different parts of the world. It's refreshing and exciting, and yes, a little nerve-wracking, to figure out how to show up for all of you in a meaningful way. I've made some educated guesses about where to start, and I'd love your help to confirm or challenge them. Specifically, I want to talk through: - What topics matter most right now - Who those conversations are really for - When and how often we should gather - Who might want to collaborate or contribute Come as you are.
