Hi ladies, reminder for our embodiment call tonight✨💃 5:30-6:30pm PST. we will be moving in a non linear, non performative way that enhances energy flow and nervous system regulation. Come as you are! Especially if you’re tired or meeting resistance this is often the best time to come. Have a rug, yoga mat or knee pads. Come dressed in whatever your expression is asking for. We will be deeply honoring our feminine bodies, sensuality & emotions together! I love us!
