Hello folks: I had two separate positive ovulation test results this cycle. Has this happened to anyone? What could cause this? Hormones, stress? I double tested on all these days marked below in my chart and they were consistently accurate, so I don’t think the tests were faulty.

I listened to the replay of the FSH & AMH session today. It was exactly what I needed because I got an FSH of 15.7 today, and I panicked because that’s 5 points higher than last time I checked. I’ve been doing all the practices and it still went up. This talk was a good reminder that hormones are fluid and can change month to month. We cannot place too much emphasis on these numbers because they are just a snapshot of a huge hormone matrix. My question is, as estrogen goes down with age, FSH rises, right? So the best thing to do would be build estrogen in the body? Can you go over the best ways to support estrogen growth?
