Hello folks: I had two separate positive ovulation test results this cycle. Has this happened to anyone? What could cause this? Hormones, stress? I double tested on all these days marked below in my chart and they were consistently accurate, so I don’t think the tests were faulty.

I listened to the replay of the FSH & AMH session today. It was exactly what I needed because I got an FSH of 15.7 today, and I panicked because that’s 5 points higher than last time I checked. I’ve been doing all the practices and it still went up. This talk was a good reminder that hormones are fluid and can change month to month. We cannot place too much emphasis on these numbers because they are just a snapshot of a huge hormone matrix. My question is, as estrogen goes down with age, FSH rises, right?
