Domain Pricing ...The importance of getting it right
I read a lot of experienced domainers talk about the importance of getting pricing right on their domains. They see it as one of the most difficult skills to obtain. I have around 150 domains that were approved by both Atom and Brandbucket so can get a view of where each sits as regards pricing. On average Atom Approved prices have been 28.6% higher than BrandBuckets approved selling prices. I have always felt Atom approved selling prices have been overly generous and this is before any allowed increase which for me is a doubling of the price + 100%. I have felt more comfortable with Brandbuckets pricing and the allowed 20% increase. What are your views on pricing and how do your price your Atom premium listings? Personally I list at the approved price or below, but am going to experiment with a 25-30% reduction to see if it improves my Atom str.

Every single person in this group should watch this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8FF5j7wqYa0 Had to come in here and share this Any new/intermediate domainers should 100% watch this to see the domain/brand brainstorming process through finalizing the idea, then you can actually see the negotiation and broker outreach process from a real-life broker/client end-user perspective. I am actually shocked he was so hesitant at 25k for this name and even more shocked he got it for 20k. I am certain this name goes for around 20k if not more at auction. This may be the single best domaining video I've ever seen.
What I'm Working On... 🔨
I just want to keep you updated on what I'm working on. ✅ Domainer IQ Wholesale Marketplace. I want our community to have their own way of buying and selling bulk domains. Attached is an image of that project I am working on. ✅ More Videos I have a couple of conversation videos lines up, and a new tutorial video in the works. ✅ Drop Tool (Perhaps I'll use my own domain, Dropable .com) Once these are done I want to make it easier for us to look at the graded expiring lists that I share here daily. Instead of CSVs, you'll have a much better tool to look, sort and collect domains, and see my own picks. If you envision anything else feel free to share in the comments!
