Ball Handling Drills
Try out these drills to keep your handle tight. It takes 30 minutes a day and you’ll have the ball on a string where no defender can take it away from you. Ball handling is the second most important skill in my opinion behind shooting. You have to be able to take care of the ball in order to get better shots and score more points NEVER EVER slack off on your ball handling skills. That’s a recipe for getting benched!
Working on something
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving for those that celebrate it. The team has been in the background working on the first Skills Skool Module which we will give to you all for free We are trying very hard to put everything in it you need to get better so you can get a D1 scholarship. Moe’s to come in the next few weeks but with this you’ll have a blueprint on certain skills I worked on with the exact drills to help you get better FASTER

Confidence in basketball
Confidence in basketball is very important. It helps players make good choices, shoot better, and play well. When a player feels confident, they are more likely to try new things and bounce back from mistakes. How to Build Confidence in Basketball 1. **Practice a Lot**: The more you practice, the better you get. Work on shooting, dribbling, and defense. 2. **Set Small Goals**: Make small goals for yourself. When you reach them, it makes you feel good! 3. **Think Positive Thoughts**: Use positive words when you talk to yourself. Encourage yourself during games. 4. **Imagine Success**: Picture yourself making good plays. This can help you feel more ready during games. 5. **Learn from Mistakes**: If you make a mistake, don’t worry. Think about what you can do better next time. 6. **Play Pickup**: Playing games with others can help you feel more confident when it counts. 7. **Ask for Help**: Talk to your coach or teammates. They can give you tips and tell you what you’re doing well. By using these tips, you can feel more confident and have fun playing basketball!
