Raising Consciousness
The 1st portal to raising consciousness is clearing the thought layer.
Release the ego, release all false identities allows the 4th seal to open and exit of HU-1.
Its not fast. It takes at least 1 year of effort.
- Shadow work - Soul Led Experience. (this deletes over 200 thought forms)
- Meditation - Any form of stillness. preferably. high frequency tones
- BioRegenisis - Liquid Light Cleanse will clean the thought layer.
- Self Regression - Will Clear Thought Layer.
- Self Evaluation. You choose as thoughts. are say no longer choose that thought.
Note: If thoughts are starting to thin you are already in HU2.
