PART 2 : The Healthy Mind/Soul 1️⃣. Listening to others and Learning from other's Experiences. 2️⃣. Reflection of your past and Understanding what happened and Ultimately Understanding Yourself. 3️⃣. Determine the weighing factor that will set your mind to a stable status to keep it going while encountering possible similar or new problems/issues in the future. It could be your family, could be your boyfriend, girlfriend, your career, your passion, your dream, your values etc. 4️⃣. It all leads you to Understanding. While the Healthy Diet helps us to guard our being from being enveloped by our problems, it does not eliminate Problems. We encounter it somewhere, somehow, anytime. ♻️ So after recovering from depression or anxiety(with now a better lifestyle), it is important to look back and scrutinize what happened. To help you craft your shield from what had destroyed you in the past. One of the best steps to do is through listening to other's experiences(which include seeking Help from Experts or Best from Survivors who championed their past through themselves, you gotta learn a lot from these self-made warriors 🙂). Through listening and learning from them, it will expand the Dome of your mental environment. You will start looking into different perspectives, different directions, learning different ways of doing things/solving problems. Now don't get me wrong, not all of them may offer similar ideas. Their ideas might be conflicting with the other's or even with yours but you will see the grounds as to why they did such and you will have the chance to weigh in and see what works for you or even try to do each way and see which one is best for you. While listening to all these words, stories and advices. It is important that you carefully reflect on your past, on the inner you during your dark times. It is because each person who had gone through rough times had their unique way of feeling and reacting to it. This is very important because this is a very good opportunity for you to craft your own approach to anything. So you are learning from others without losing yourself. Combined with other's advices, your soul will start walking seeing directions. Unlike before, where you are just focusing on the ground you are standing at and look at that ground and see nothing and just wanted to stand and be stagnant on that ground.

PART 1 :The Healthy Diet I hope anyone suffering from #DEPRESSION reads this : START A HEALTHY DIET 📍IN THE MORNING: Warm water (only the first glass is warm) then more water up to lunch 📍Lunch (eat your favs just no pork and beef meat and avoid too much sugar intake) 📍Fruits are best for merienda/snack 📍Evening: chicken or fish with leafy veggies. veggies must be daily. And then a glass of clamansi/citrus fruit juice before bedtime. I usually mix 4 calamansi every night before bedtime(daily). Very effective in inducing and prolonging quality sleep. ☝️ Remember, limit sugar intake as much as possible especially rice. ❌️ No soft drinks, no milk, no tea etc. Just water. Avoid too much cp, computer activities and be more physically active. And most importantly the evening meal is the most important. ⚠️ IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT DEPRESSION IS NOT A BODY SICKNESS. IT IS A STATE OF OUR NERVOUS SYSTEM THAT BECOMES A VOLUNTARY ROUTINE/ DAILY HABIT THAT WORSENS IN TIME. When we have problems, we keep thinking about the problem day 1, day 2, day 3 and so on. As it prolongs, The Brain works so hard and gets used to working hard that even if there is nothing to work on in the body it voluntarily energizes itself to burst energy even triggering other organs to join the session (which later on will damage themselves, and most commonly will manifest first through trembling, sweating, then elevate to skin problems, etc.) Things to remember, 1️⃣. The problem - this is the food for the brain to start working. The unlimited food, the brain wants to consume. 2️⃣. Diet - When we are on a bad diet, the foods we take in supply substances that spoil brain hyperactivity, this becomes the brain fuel to keep doing the bad routine (eating the food - your problem which is in an unlimited state). But when we eat the right diet, even if the brain has food(problem) to start its bad routine, the brain won't have the fuel(bad substances) to process eating the food(problem).
