Are your buyers buying?

Too many wholesalers build a list but never nurture it. A real buyers list is:

-Active

-Engaged

-Ready to fund

-Hungry for deals

Pick 10 buyers from your list

Call or text them individually

Ask: “What are you actively looking for this month? What zip codes are hot for you right now?”
