Introduction
Hello.. My name is Rafael, I'm a med school discus thrower from Brazil. I started training 3 years ago. My current PR is 38.52 m which lead me to a bronze medal at my main completion last year. My PR goal is 44 m. I been having trouble in transfering my gym strength to the sector and most of the time I just don't use my hip power and the lever of the left leg. Apart from that bronze medal I never won or got any other top 2 or 3. I just don't know what to do at the moment..
