Property is Tax defaulted. 30k behind. 800k Zestimate.

She says her brother is difficult to work with and deals with mental issues. Claiming potentially schizophrenic. Because of her relationship with her brother, it's not something she can go down and talk to him.

I'm seeing she might be able to do a temporary conservatorship pretty rapidly in order to save the house by encumbering it then later working the logistics to sell the property but even then she's on the fence and leaning towards distancing herself from the situation.
