CA Probates and Mortgage Foreclosure
Looking into an estate that went through full CA probate. Went all the way to Order and final distribution.
One of the interested parties gained ownership of property #1 and the sole heir inherited property #2 August 2024.
Neither property changes title until Property #1 get NOTS and auctioned off to flipper for ~530k July 2025. Final Judgment ~135K.
Property #2 Title still held in Jane Doe Est of.
Property #1, I'm making the assumption the interested party that opened probate probably went after the excess proceeds.
Property#2 which is my target and focus, will just probably be the focus on getting in touch with the heir on final distribution.
This is my first time where I've run into a PR or Administrator's Deed not recorded.
