Hey everyone,
This morning’s Pro session was 🔥
We got into live positioning work with a few members. Naming, language, how you actually show up. The kind of stuff that really changes how people see you.
Honestly… this is what happens in that room every week. And today was one of those days where it really clicked.
Big takeaway: Marketing doesn’t fix bad positioning. If you sound like everyone else, more marketing just makes that louder.
We kept coming back to this…If your language is generic, you become a commodity. And when that happens, you start competing on price whether you want to or not.
The shift is simple, but not easy:Stop trying to fit in. Start being impossible to ignore.
We looked at a few great examples:
- Hungry Man owning “comedy” in advertising
- Kevin Ward becoming the go-to motorcycle director
- Grace Agency focusing only on women over 50
All very clear. All very specific. All hard to ignore.
Anyway… just wanted to share a bit of what goes on in there.
If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines, this is the kind of work we’re doing every week.
