Weekly Rhythm: Live Calls, Q&A, and How to Plug In
To help you actually implement (not just learn), we follow a simple weekly rhythm. Weekly Schedule: Monday - Q&A and Implementation Calls Time: 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time What we do: Answer workflow questions, debug your workflows and refine, bring bottleneck errors and areas where you are stuck. All call links and dates are in the Events tab. Make sure you add them to your calendar. How to get the most from calls: - Before Monday: Start the relevant Quick Win lesson in the Classroom. - During the call: Have your tools open (email, CRM, automation platform, etc.). - After the call: Post your progress and screenshots in the “Build Your Systems” or “Share Your Wins” rooms. Even if only a few people are on each call, treat it like a working session with a consultant. Show up, implement, and ask questions.
