Start Here: Your First 10 Minutes in Digital Strike Hub
Welcome to Digital Strike Hub. This community is for established service-based founders under $1M who want to free 10–20 hours per week and create the capacity to add $100k–$200k in annual revenue using AI and automation. To get the most out of this space, do these 3 steps right now (it will take about 10 minutes): Step 1 – Introduce yourself (2–3 minutes). Comment below with this simple template: - Who you are: Name and business - What you do: Who you serve and what you sell - Current bottleneck: The #1 task or process you’d love to stop doing manually - Goal for the next 90 days: What “more capacity” means to you (hours freed, revenue target, etc.) - Comment will unlock the Quick Wins Path. Step 2 – Start Quick Win #1 (5 minutes to begin). Go to the Classroom and open: “Quick Win #1 – Cut Your Inbox Time by 50% with AI Triage.” - Watch the short video. - Start setting it up in your own tools (even if you only get halfway, that’s progress). Step 3 – Save the live call times (1–2 minutes). Check the “Events” tab and add the next Implementation Call and Q&A Session to your calendar. On the next call, we’ll help you finish your first Quick Win and answer any questions. Comment DONE when you’ve completed these three steps so we know you’re activated, and we can keep an eye on your progress.

Your Quick Wins Path: 3 Systems to Install in Your First 7 Days
This is your guided path to get fast results from the Hub. In your first 7 days, focus only on these 3 Quick Wins. Each one is designed to be simple to implement and give you a tangible time or revenue benefit. Quick Win #1 – Cut Inbox Time by 50%. Classroom lesson: “Quick Win #1 – AI Email Triage & Summaries.” Outcome: Have AI summarize and sort your emails so you only touch what matters. Target: Save 3–5 hours/week. Quick Win #2 – Never Lose a Warm Lead. Classroom lesson: “Quick Win #2 – Automated Lead Capture & Follow-Up.” Outcome: Automatically capture inquiries from your site/social and trigger follow-up sequences. Target: Recover missed opportunities and add 5–10 extra follow-ups/week. Quick Win #3 – Automate Recurring Tasks. Classroom lesson: “Quick Win #3 – Recurring Task & Reminder Automation.” Outcome: Automatically create and assign recurring tasks (onboarding steps, check-ins, reporting) so nothing slips. Target: Reduce mental load and context-switching, save another 2–3 hours/week. How to use this path: - Day 1–2: Implement Quick Win #1 - Day 3–4: Implement Quick Win #2 - Day 5–7: Implement Quick Win #3 and refine all three systems After you complete each Quick Win: 1. Comment below with: 2. Which Quick Win you completed, what tools you used, and roughly how much time you expect it to save per week. 3. Post a screenshot or short Loom video in the “Share Your Wins” room so we can celebrate and give feedback. Stay narrow. Ignore everything else in the Classroom until these three are live in your business.

Weekly Rhythm: Live Calls, Q&A, and How to Plug In
To help you actually implement (not just learn), we follow a simple weekly rhythm. Weekly Schedule: Monday - Q&A and Implementation Calls Time: 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time What we do: Answer workflow questions, debug your workflows and refine, bring bottleneck errors and areas where you are stuck. All call links and dates are in the Events tab. Make sure you add them to your calendar. How to get the most from calls: - Before Monday: Start the relevant Quick Win lesson in the Classroom. - During the call: Have your tools open (email, CRM, automation platform, etc.). - After the call: Post your progress and screenshots in the “Build Your Systems” or “Share Your Wins” rooms. Even if only a few people are on each call, treat it like a working session with a consultant. Show up, implement, and ask questions. If you can commit to this weekly touchpoint, you will make consistent progress. Comment “IN” below if you’re committing to attending one live session per week for the next 4 weeks.
