A lot of people in communities are “silent watchers” at first. They read everything but don’t always comment immediately. Consistency is important, and the fact that you’re showing up every day already matters.
Try posting things that invite simple interaction instead of only giving information. For example:
• Ask easy questions
• Create polls
• Say “Comment YES if this helped you”
• Share personal stories people can relate to
• Celebrate small wins from members
• Tag members directly sometimes
People engage more when they feel seen and included. Keep going — consistency builds trust, and trust builds engagement 🙌🔥
