Hi everyone,

I’m relatively new to freelancing as a journalist and currently trying to get a better sense of how others approach pitching magazines.

I’ve written and published pieces before through my own publication, but moving into pitching editors directly feels like a different discipline altogether. I’m curious how you personally structure your pitch emails.

I’m especially interested in what has actually worked for you.

Would really appreciate hearing how you approach this and what you wish you’d known when you started.
