𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟰 𝗗𝗶𝗽
Monday. Let's go.
You've seen the cartoon. Two guys with pickaxes in a tunnel. The one in front turns around and walks out, eighteen inches from a wall of diamonds he will never see. Caption: "Most people quit right before the breakthrough."
Posted every Monday by somebody who has never swung a pickaxe.
Here's what it leaves out. It never shows the guy who dug three years in the wrong rock.
Month 4 is where you're standing, or where you're headed. The novelty is gone. You know how to do the work. Nobody's excited for you anymore. And the results you thought would be here are not here.
This is where most agencies quietly die. Not with a decision. With a drift into checking the dashboard instead of filling it.
It is supposed to feel like this. Month 4 is the stretch where the work is real and the proof is not. Everybody who built anything crossed it.
But here's the part that's going to sting.
Motivation was never what carried you. Novelty was. Novelty has a shelf life of about 90 days. When it runs out, whatever you built underneath it is what's left.
For a lot of you, that's nothing. No weekly number. No standing block for outreach. No proof anything is moving except how you feel on a Monday.
That's not a character problem. That's a missing structure, and structure is fixable this week.
So check the rock.
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. How many people who could pay you did you talk to in the last 30? Under 20 and that's not a persistence problem, it's a volume problem.
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝. Rankings, replies, calls booked, a price you can say out loud without flinching. Month 4 feels like nothing is happening because nobody is counting.
𝐏𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞. Same time daily, whether you feel like it or not. That's what carries you when novelty won't.
𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞. Pick a date. If the number hasn't moved by then, change the offer or the market. Not the effort.
Quitting isn't the enemy. Digging in the same spot for three years because a cartoon told you to is the enemy.
What month are you in, and what's one thing measurably different than month 1? Drop it below. Go!
