1 was a Premium listing and during the delivery meeting I offered my GBP and Review Managment services. $500 setup and $500 MRR.
The other was an existing client that has 2 GBPs. I am optimizing the 2nd one for an additional $200. I gave a discount because it's the second GBP and they previously paid me to remove/consolidate accidentally created GBPs.
