After failing at 9 different businesses in my 20s and 30s, I was sitting with my Accountant one day and in exasperation asked him what I could do differently.
He said after 25 years of doing accounts of hundreds of different types of businesses, he’d found that rental companies where the most profitable, most recession proof, and least likely to fail.
I started looking for rental businesses to buy but they were incredibly expensive (probably because they are based on such a good model).
Over the years I purchased rental properties (some good, some not so good) but I never did manage to get into a physical rental business. But now along with a few friends I’m doing something much better.
We're renting Intellectual Property to other businesses…
Instead of selling IP to them, we RENT it in return for royalties.
Payments are deposited straight into our bank accounts each month like clockwork.
And unlike renting property or other types of physical products, there’s no tenants, no stock, no maintenance, no staff, no overheads, no stolen stuff, and NO SELLING.
And any ‘work’ can be done by an employee or a Virtual Assistant if you want.
I hope you enjoy the cashflow and freedom this model gives you...
