I'm going to do my best to reward your time and attention by showing you how to do some easy work and often get paid for it over and over again for months or even years. A big claim I know, but please suspend your disbelief for now while I lay out what I believe is the best vehicle for creating passive, recurring income I have seen in my 50 years of working life. Here's an high-level overview of what we'll be doing... Step 1) We will be helping audience owners monetise their communities using a 3 Question Poll and in some cases an online auction. These can generate a LOT of goodwill as well as thousands of dollars in sales in just a few days. Some of the profits will be ours to keep. Step 2 - Optional) Next we will be creating DIGITAL VENDING MACHINES (DVMs) by repurposing our own, our partners, or other people's content and putting them into EXISTING traffic flows where they will be generating recurring revenue without our personal involvement. This gives us an incredible amount of LEVERAGE and solves our lead generation, traffic and cash flow problems PERMANENTLY. The plan is to go from TBI (Time Based Income) to ABI (Asset Based Income). It allows us to go from working for money (the Tricycle) to being paid for creating assets (in Travis' quote a beat up F-150, but it's more like a Ferrari). The DVM process we'll be following is: #1 - Repurpose some existing content into a valuable mini-book, video course or some other format (this will become our Digital Vending Machine) #2 - Relocate the DVM into our partner's or somebody else's existing distribution channel

Let's dissect it: 1) "Would you be willing to sell a 4 hour consult (1/2 VIP Day) for slightly less than your normal rate…" - He is looking for people who would be willing to run an auction even if the top bid ended up being less than they would normally charge for a half-day consult. This disqualifies anybody who is scarcity minded and gets people who can think beyond today's sales to lean in. 2) If… I could sell 12 to 20 spots in one of your programs for your regular price in a few days? - We know the most money is made AFTER the auction by DM'ing the bidders and making them a Domino Offer with 3 tiered options at full retail price. A $5k highest bid can end up generating $50k or more in sales over a couple of days. Travis calls using a post like this "Feminine Mojo'" Your invisible prospects become visible by giving you an Indicator of Interest (IOI). What is an Indicator of Interest? A comment, a 'Like', a DM or a purchase. Whenever we get an IOI, we should reach out personally and thank them, then start a conversation if we can. Travis calls reaching out after an IOI "Masculine Mojo". When we use Feminine Mojo and Masculine Mojo together link this (and in that order), we can 4X to 10X our results. Updated Repurposing List
A few months ago I posted a list of 48 ideas for content we could create by repurposing an author's book. Yesterday in this post I gave you one example which was translating it into another language. I used Claude.ai to help me create an updated list of ideas we can use to repurpose our own or other people's digital content to create Digital Vending Machines that dump cash into our bank accounts without trading time for money doing shit we'd rather not be doing: Each idea is designed to help an author upsell book buyers into deeper, more valuable experiences, programs, or licenses, leveraging the “new money from old courses” philosophy. I’ve included pricing suggestions, positioning angles, and how each can be delivered as a scalable offer. 1. Chapter-by-Chapter Mini-Courses Create a series of short, actionable video or audio mini-courses, each focused on a single chapter’s topic. Bundle as a “Deep Dive Masterclass Series” for $497–$997, or sell individually for $49–$97 per chapter. Upsell: “Unlock the full implementation toolkit for every chapter, includes video lessons, templates, and live Q&A.” 2. Individual Chapter PDFs as Lead Magnets Offer downloadable, value-packed PDFs for each chapter as free or low-ticket lead magnets. Upsell into a “Complete Implementation Vault” ($297–$497) that includes all PDFs, plus bonus resources and a private Q&A call. 3. Chapter Summaries as Social Posts Turn summaries into a “Social Content Accelerator” package for business owners or coaches. Sell a license to use your summaries as their own content for $997/year. 4. Key Frameworks Extracted as Standalone Templates Bundle your book’s frameworks as editable templates (Google Docs, Notion, Canva, etc). Sell as a “Frameworks Toolkit” for $297–$997. Upsell: Include a live workshop on how to implement each template. 5. Book Discussion Guide for Book Clubs or Communities
Why Digital Assets And DMs?
I remember years ago I purchased a book written by Michael Port called 'Book Yourself Solid' because the thinking at the time was we needed a full calendar of "Strategy Sessions" or "Discovery Calls" or whatever you want to call them so we could arm wrestle prospects on the phone into buying our shit. The reason I bring this up is because today I saw the calendar attached from a very successful person and thought WTF, people are STILL doing this to themselves. Okay, for people who love hustle and the confrontational, dog eat dog activity of sales calls, this is probably fine. I've been on the receiving end of enough of those calls to know they are no fun for anybody. But for the love of all that is Holy, I'd rather have a caustic soda enema than get on the phone with even ONE person to try to sell them anything. I know this has cost me money in the past, but I so prefer being able to attract the exact people who are pre-sold on buying from me, having a friendly conversation over email or DM, and watching as they happily buy a solution to a nagging present pain they are FED UP with. Little website win today
I spent some time tweaking my website earlier this week and I think I finally figured out something that was bugging me. My homepage had way too many things going on… links everywhere, different sections, too many options. I cleaned it up and made the main action way more obvious. Not gonna lie, I was surprised when I started seeing a few more people actually clicking through. It’s funny how sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference.
