Try this berry smoothie! 🍓🫐
(Substitute the Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt)
Recipe(adjusted):
-1 cup of mixed berries
-3/4 cup of coconut yogurt
-1/2 cup of dairy free milk (coconut, almond, oat) or water
-1 tbsp of honey
-optional 1 tbsp of flaxseed
-optional 1 scoop of plant based protein powder(encouraged to up protein intake!)
