Getting first paid users
Hi @Javid Jamae and @Andy Chiang, thanks for the invite into the community! 👋🏼 I’ve got about 120 people on my early access list, but haven’t converted any into paid users yet. What would you do first to see if people will actually pay? I’m building a lightweight CRM for solo consultants. My current ideas: - Test pricing tiers in a waitlist email - Offer a concierge onboarding and ask for a deposit - Try to get 5 people on a call and show a prototype My goal this month: land 3 paying users, even if it’s early-access or discounted. I’d love to hear what worked for you in the past when you had a small list and maybe no product yet.
Lead Magnets?
I'm curious if anyone has advice on how to use lead magnets. I ultimately want my product to be self-service, so I'm not looking to build out a sales process, but I heard that lead magnets might be a great way to generate more interest during my pre-launch phase.
Best place to market to developers
I have a voice API app that is similar to Eleven Labs but cheaper. Developers can use the API to apply different voices from different fictional characters for your app. I have a few hundred users from just doing outreach to people and developers I know. What should I do next?
