Hi and , thanks for the invite into the community! 👋🏼 I’ve got about 120 people on my early access list, but haven’t converted any into paid users yet. What would you do first to see if people will actually pay?
I’m building a lightweight CRM for solo consultants. My current ideas:
- Test pricing tiers in a waitlist email
- Offer a concierge onboarding and ask for a deposit
- Try to get 5 people on a call and show a prototype
My goal this month: land 3 paying users, even if it’s early-access or discounted.
I’d love to hear what worked for you in the past when you had a small list and maybe no product yet.
