I've built a new discord for our team. Building a comms is the first principle part of a CEO, and comes first when building an OS. With the goal of getting everyone online, working together, at the same time, I have tried to make this as MINIMAL and simple as possible. It is built out of a few main areas (full breakdown inside discord) - Quest text channels (one per quest for you and others to collab, collect ideas, e.g. can parse and give to AI to make sense and order for you - A support category of templates, reports, tools, references at hand - The 6 QUEST Cadences with hotlinks e.g. how to make a scalable team - Individual voice channels, to simulate your own "desk" + time tracking built in. - A role-setting welcome step (to prevent randoms) + be a random meme channel lol idgaf Treat this like your home. And if you're a lurker here, or buildings skills, you'll be able to use this Discord as your own template to install for clients later on :) Anyway... I used to build and run discords for 6F communities. I don't know why I didn't do this before. If you're on the apprenticeship program, we'll be moving our internal private comms onto there. And if you've got ideas, suggestions, things to share, of course use Skool for us to communicate. We'll just keep the company private stuff private, and answer public questions and curate the good stuff and training in Skool.
