Think about former coworkers, managers, clients, or partners.
If they were asked to describe you when you weren’t in the room:
- What would they say you’re reliable for?
- What would they say you’re particularly good at?
- What would they say improves when you’re involved?
Write a few short statements. You’re not aiming for flattery—just accuracy.
