Day 15 — The Fork in the Road
Clarity creates choice. At some point, every transition reaches a fork—where continuing to explore becomes less helpful than choosing a direction to test. This doesn’t lock you in forever. It simply gives your energy somewhere to go. Today is about naming where you’re leaning right now. Today’s prompt: Which path are you actively considering at this stage? Choose the one that’s most real for you: - Job search - Consulting / independent work - Entrepreneurship / building something - Internal pivot or role change - Something else (name it) Then answer this in one sentence: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵? You’re not committing. You are acknowledging direction.

Day 14 — Week 2 Reflection
This week wasn’t about confidence. It was about accuracy. You looked at what you’ve actually done, the problems that follow you, the value you create, and how others experience you. That’s not always comfortable—but it’s grounding. Today is about noticing what shifted. Today’s prompt Looking back over this week, what part of your experience are you undervaluing, overlooking, or minimizing? It could be: - something you assumed “doesn’t count” - a skill you take for granted - work you’ve never named as valuable A few sentences is enough. This is about recognition, not correction.

Day 13 — Transferable Capital Draft
You’ve spent the last few days identifying work, patterns, value, and reputation. Today is about pulling that into a single, rough statement. This is not a bio. It's not a pitch. It’s a working draft. Today’s prompt: Write one paragraph that begins with: “I help organizations or people by…” Use what you’ve uncovered this week: - the problems you’re drawn into - the value you consistently create - what people trust you to handle Don’t worry about wording yet. Clarity beats cleverness. This draft will change. That’s expected.

Day 12 — Reputation Check
Your reputation is portable capital. Long after titles change, people remember how it felt to work with you—what you were known for, what they trusted you with, and what made your presence matter. Today is about stepping outside your own point of view. Today’s prompt Think about former coworkers, managers, clients, or partners. If they were asked to describe you when you weren’t in the room: - What would they say you’re reliable for? - What would they say you’re particularly good at? - What would they say improves when you’re involved? Write a few short statements. You’re not aiming for flattery—just accuracy.

Day 11 — Value Creation
Pay attention to where trust shows up. Across roles and transitions, there are moments when people rely on you—not because it’s in your job description, but because you’re the person they trust to handle it. Today is about noticing those moments. Today’s prompt Think back across your roles and projects. - When did people consistently come to you for help—even when it wasn’t officially your responsibility? - What problems were you trusted to handle? - What situations did people feel better about once you were involved? List 2–3 examples. Short descriptions are enough. Don’t translate this into a pitch yet. Just name the value you created.
