This morning I felt my heart in my mouth and panic all over when I saw this email. Checking the ‘HMRC’ email address details exposed it to be from an outlook account and so clearly a scam email. Thought I’d share to raise awareness; stay safe folks!

Has anyone here ever done a transfer of properties within a company group structure and can recommend a conveyancer? I need someone with experience who won't screw the process up by not knowing what they're doing!

To dog or not to dog? 🐶 New tenant, new dog, day 1 and the complaints have already started. What would be a reasonable time for neighbours to allow a dog to settle? Feels like a real divide between dog lovers (who say give it time) and non-dog people (who are already over it). Feeling like curling up in a basket myself 😝
