Im sharing to alert community of games these Judges play!!! Back story several years ago I faced a Judge for child support court mind you I was young arrogant with money (floating debt notes) I told this particular judge at the time she was a peeon and my broke azz baby mama just wanted some money Fast forward to October 6 2025 I faced this same judge with my adult name change, yes the irony. She made me wait til I was the last person in court She stated how have you been Mr Demby with a grimace smirk on her face when she called me up!! She asked why I wanted to change my name I ran my spill she asked if I did my Criminal Background check I stated no. So She proceeded to say I can not grant name change cause you didnt do criminal background check by Texas law. I just turned and left without being dismissed before I said something like the last meeting. After leaving and reflecting during my drive I went back and reevaluated everything I was suppose to do and on the petition per state of Texas it states doing the fingerprinting for FBI so the Judge changed the words up in reference to refer to it as Criminal background check instead of FBI fingerprinting (she caught me slipping) Yes I followed everything I was supposed to do and the FBI fingerprinting was completed at the time of submission and the Judge also had it on file since 06/10/2025 So I went got a certified copy of FBI fingerprinting (as judge referred to as Criminal Background Check) efiled into case also sent that certified copy registered mail to Judge Chambers restricted signature and copy to clerk Moral of story dont get knocked of yall pivot stand on yall square I hope this helps someone else community watch they word play walking in this path not easy.
