(to nearest 0.5 hours excluding work, study, maps + Skool) -- 📱Phone: 1 📺 TV/Movies: 2.5 💻 Laptop/PC/Tablet: 2 🎮 Video games: 0 📊 Total screen time: 5.5 🧠 Total deep work time*: 1 (actually did an hour!) *Uninterrupted distraction-free time spent working. -- 2️⃣ Please write a list of all the things YOU ARE UNWILLING TO SACRIFICE for success. -- - Not waking up feeling rested - Not improving, or at least maintaining, my physique & health - Not having a good relationship with my family and friends -- 3️⃣ What actions do you need to protect these things, starting today? (Sabbaths, buffer, vacations, delete work apps from phone) -- - 1+ hour buffer in the morning and evening. - Getting cold turkey, a brick and a dumb phone. - Build a business that gives me complete freedom on when I can do my required tasks. - Taking a weekly sabbath every Sunday -- See you tomorrow! -- P.S.
