  • Not waking up feeling rested
  • Not improving, or at least maintaining, my physique & health
  • Not having a good relationship with my family and friends

3️⃣ What actions do you need to protect these things, starting today? (Sabbaths, buffer, vacations, delete work apps from phone)

  • 1+ hour buffer in the morning and evening.
  • Getting cold turkey, a brick and a dumb phone.
  • Build a business that gives me complete freedom on when I can do my required tasks.
  • Taking a weekly sabbath every Sunday
