Right now I’m really focused on growing, building stronger connections, and getting more involved in the investment side of deals. One advantage I bring to the table: I move fast and I’m not afraid to pick up the phone. I’m big on communication and building relationships, and I’m comfortable having the conversations it takes to get deals moving. What’s been holding me back: Still learning how to consistently find the right deals and knowing when to jump on them. I started the course and the piece about taking emotions out of investing really hit home. This is such a challenge for me. Has anyone else had this problem? Would love an "accountability" partner!

I've had a few brokers seemingly dismiss me after I start asking them questions about a property that they listed. I'm starting off by asking 2-3 specific questions about the property based on the listing- vacancy, major updates, etc. Then, asking for P/L or rent roll numbers. After that they say to text them my email address so they can send me the docs and they never get back to me. Am I encountering bad brokers? Am I potentially sounding like a noob that they think can't make a deal happen? And with that- how frequently should I follow up?
