What happens in a session? here's a little breakdown
Sessions include visualisation, breathwork, somatic movement practices to warm up the body, exploration of a theme with reflective prompts and music, and drawing or journalling to integrate the experience.
An example of exploring a theme of boundaries for instance, could look like embodying what it’s like to open to something you enjoy and closing/saying no to something you don’t want. I prompt you with music and reflective questions and you let your body reveal what it means/feels/looks like to you. Movement is body-led. It’s different for everyone. Hugely profound and transformational.
All movement big or small is welcomed. This is a safe space. No experience needed.
