Before I was a dad and a business operator, I was a Marine. When I left the Marine Corps, I learned the hard way how rare it is to find that kind of brotherhood and camaraderie. That’s why I started Dad Business—to create the community I was missing.
It’s a space for dads who own or operate businesses to connect with others who understand the unique challenge of building both families and companies. Think of it as a third place—not home, not work—where like-minded dads can swap stories, share lessons, and back each other up.
