The inspiration
Hey guys, I started this group because I’m a Dad and run my own business. (Not an owner, but an operator with full control) And in the last couple years I’ve realized I am totally winging this whole thing, and thought there’s no way I’m the only one who feels this way. There’s no manual or script that tells you how to be a good dad or how to balance that with running a good operation. (If you know of one let the rest of us know). So I thought let’s start a Skool community where we can have a third space and share some of the war stories and scars of entrepreneurship and fatherhood. Start a brotherhood of dads who have bigger and better plans for their families and businesses. So come in, introduce yourself and your work, and let’s just have a chat (and maybe a drink together)
The Hardest Part No One Warned Us About
Alright gents, real talk. Being a dad is one mission. Running a business is another. Doing both at the same time? That’s a whole different battlefield. What’s one thing about the dad + business combo that hit you harder than you expected? For me, it was trying to be fully present at home while still carrying all the weight of the business in my head. Some days it felt like I was stuck between two radios both calling for support at the same time. But I’m curious how it’s been for you guys: 👉 What’s the toughest part of balancing fatherhood and business that nobody warned you about? Drop yours below, big or small. Let’s compare notes, trade wisdom, and back each other up like a squad should.
