(Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority) So I tried searching for the WD, our seller only has LWD, and when I searched chain of title, I only found the same LWD from the previous owner. Then prior seller was Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. and I only see Book and Page and a summary card no copy of the deed on the GSCCCA Site. Would you know any other site in Georgia I can go to?
