For those consistently closing messy title deals in Harris Countyāwhy do you prefer pulling leads from court dockets vs. just working the Linebarger tax foreclosure site? If Linebarger already shows properties going to auction with a clear 21ā30 day timeline, wouldnāt that be the highest urgency list?
