Hey everyone. I’ve been doing curative deals since 2024.
Currently inked 3 deals in CA. One of which is closing this week.
I’m also a Coach with Willy Denis out in FL ( I come in peace ✌️).
We currently have 6 JV’s inked and a bunch in the pipeline, ranging from 60k - 300k. I say all that to prove this strategy works!
