I’ve got one of these 34” bad boys as well - if you are on mac look into getting rectangle to create seperate spaces on the same screen. Makes a huge difference keep work areas organized.

Hi - I have a few deals going in DC/MD and am funding something in the western part of VA. I know a couple guys hunting in the seven cities area and NoVA, but we are 95% in Texas right now. VA is a great state because you can use affidavits and probate can be expedited. But the court and land records data can be very segmented and property taxes are relatively low, so distress is not always as apparent in other states. You’ll need to pick one market to stray, spend some coin on the data available for court/clerk, and then get locked in on that jurisdiction.
