When To Give Your Child a Phone
With 5 boys between 10 and 14 (2 sets of twins) when to give children a phone has been a constant conversation. Here is the simple way my wife and I have handled it. Stage 1 (No Phone): when they will never be somewhere without a trusted adult who has a phone. Stage 2 (Bark/Gizmo Watch): Call and Text Only for when they will begin to be places without constant adult supervision or will be places for more than one day like Church Camp. Stage 3 (Bark Phone): After they show they are responsible we moved to a call and text only plan where I control who they can contact and monitor their texting. Stage 4 (Bark Phone): full access apps I approve and monitoring of their messaging. We are not here yet. Stage 5 (Apple/Android): they are adults and can pay for their own phone!!! I use Bark because I use it to monitor their computers so there is only one system to learn. This plan has helped them learn to use tech responsibility and I did not give them more access then they were ready to handle. When they make mistakes they learn from it or they know I will take it form them until they show me they are ready for it. You Got This, Mike

he put his own client finding agent in d tier and explained why
just watched this one. hes 20 and ranks 45 things hes built with ai this year, including the ones that havent worked. one is an agent that scrapes job ads where companies are paying 50 to 80k for work ai could do. he put it in d tier because its had conversations with business owners but no deals yet. rare to see someone rank their own lead gen that honestly. the s tier stuff at the top is worth the watch too. https://youtu.be/u5QBtwGCZ-A im in his skool community too, its free and ive learnt a lot in there. the templates and the sales vault are in his inner circle https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai

he ranked 45 things he built with ai and put his biggest project in f tier
just watched this and its actually really good. its a tier list of 45 things hes built with ai this year, ranked s tier down to f tier. what got me is he put his biggest project in f tier. an ai voice receptionist platform he spent a month on, every single day. f for profit, then an a for what he learnt off it. most people just leave that one out of the video. the three in s tier are an agent orchestrator, a canvas study app that has paying students on it, and the claude code setup that edited the actual video youre watching. https://youtu.be/u5QBtwGCZ-A im in his skool community too and honestly its great, ive learnt a lot in there. its free to join, and the actual templates for these builds sit in his inner circle if you want them https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai

45 builds in one year and the ones that won all had the same thing in common
just watched this one and it stuck with me. hes 20, hes built 45 things with ai this year, and he ranks the first 15 from s tier to f tier. the pattern at the end is the useful bit. every build that won was one he used himself every single day. every one that flopped needed marketing he never did. the ai map builder wired into the roblox and fortnite apis is a genuinely good idea that made nothing for exactly that reason. https://youtu.be/u5QBtwGCZ-A im in his skool community too, its free and ive learnt a lot in there. the templates and the full walkthroughs are in his inner circle https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai
