However if latch hook crochet can help someone who is struggling then maybe I should speak of it. While on holiday in Australia, I was crocheting with my latch hook on a camp site. A lady walking past said “ what are you doing?” I showed her and she asked if she could try because crocheting was causing her Pain in her thumb. Afterwards she got quite excited saying she would buy a latch hook and stop using her traditional hook because it was so much easier on her thumb. I was at the Yarndale show and a lady with severe hand arthritis asked if she could try with the latch hook. She had always enjoyed her crochet passion and had to stop. After trying the latch hook she said she would pick up crocheting again and said You should tell more people about this”.

Today I learned something new. I did a bit of investigating. I downloaded a new app And there it is Something totally new for me I DID NOT crochet THIS HAT!! The hat in the picture was MADE using an AI APP tell me what you think of this post? That is not me in the second photo….. welcome to the world of artificial intelligence image generator! I am perplexed…

I do want to wish everyone good health today. Between us we have built a new community a lot quicker than I ever expected. I spend a lot of time here promoting easy crochet for kids so I hope I can personally give you value for showing up. For click, click clicking likes, pressing on a Poll or sharing part of your day. And engaging whenever you have time, every bit helps us to grow. Starting a thread is so engaging here and directly helps me. Patti shared her WIP today, a lovely cardi, after 2 weeks of flu, we also had a rough virus when we totally hibernated for both Christmas and new year! And this last week Phil and I AGAIN caught a snotty cold. I wasn’t able to see my sister who is having chemo and beginning to lose her hair. Here’s a hug for my friend Emma, a member here is struggling a bit. Well unfortunately I have to say that my web page began to get neglected when I started my YouTube channel about 7 years ago. My webpage is ‘easycrochetblog’ Blog? You may ask? My web page was originally a Blog I got obsessed with Blog pages. I had ( indeed still have ! ) Pollyanna…. This was about our polytunnel and its history from building it , to growing and trying to be self sufficient. Then there is Umpteenthings…That too is a bit of our history documented online… growing veg, self sufficiency, yearly trips to Australia, planting 3500 trees, and more…. …. Anyway the blog got archived and I started using it as my web page, although I have often thought of getting a new one. What do you think?
