I have created a new craft called Crochet Art. I am looking for parents and children who would like an engaging activity which will provide you both with a unique skill for life.
It is rare , because I teach latch hook crochet using a rug latch hook tool, not a traditional crochet hook.
I also teach Cordcrochet a new way to create chunky crochet using the CORDMAKER which I invented.
I have taught in quite a few schools and had several beginners crochet groups. My mission is to look at how crochet is learned , how it is taught and find out why some students find it difficult to get started. I use new tools, new methods and new stitches and I have spent time rethinking traditional crochet.
I am also here to help anyone who is struggling with traditional crochet.
My methods are proven to enable much younger kids to get started on their crochet journey.
