Hey everybody! Thanks for having me. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2016 in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Purchased my first property at 25, and have done multiple flips. At one point I had 7 projects going on. My baby mama and I have both been licensed since 2016 and have over $200m in lifetime sales with 200+ transactions. We unfortunately separated a few years back but still work together in some capacity. Me and her currently own 2 properties that she wants to sell. The separation, plus a bad business partner the past 2-3 years have really drained me financially and put me behind financially so now I am looking to rebuild and connect with like minded individuals looking to grow and get deals done.
