If you have a family, kids, or anyone who depends on your income, please take 1 minute to read this. There’s a side of my business I haven’t talked about nearly enough in here, and I think it could be one of the most valuable things we offer. I’m now partnered with 42 different life insurance carriers, including many highly rated companies with long operating histories. What I like about this is simple. I don’t work for one insurance company. I don’t care which carrier you end up with. My job is to shop the options and help find the best combination of price, coverage, underwriting, and policy design for you. And depending on what you’re trying to accomplish, we have a few different options. If you just want to protect your family, we can look at Term Life. This is usually the cheapest way to get a large amount of coverage. If you have a spouse, kids, mortgage, or people depending on your income, we can look at coverage designed to replace that income, pay off debts, cover the house, and make sure your family is okay if something happens to you. You might not need anything more complicated than that. If you want permanent coverage and cash value. Then we can look at Whole Life. Now you’re not only buying permanent protection. You can also build cash value that you may be able to borrow against later. This is where concepts like Infinite Banking come into play. Instead of only asking, “How much money can I accumulate?” You start asking: “How can I build money that I can also access and use throughout my life?” If you want to focus heavily on cash accumulation Then we can look at a properly designed IUL. This is where I think a lot of people are going to be surprised. One properly structured policy can potentially give you: • Cash value that grows tax-deferred • Index-linked interest crediting without directly investing in the market • A 0% floor against negative index crediting • Access through withdrawals and policy loans • Living benefits for certain qualifying illnesses
