Ok I have wanted to start my YouTube for YEARS!!! I've been watching Alexa from the beginning. But every time I have to nail down my niche and my offer I get stumped. This has literally kept me from posting for over a year. Now I’m doing the 30 day challenge. I FINALLY started posting shorts every day just to build the muscle of recording, uploading and publishing (even messy!). So I am just sort of “document my journey to becoming a creator” in these daily shorts right now. Mostly because I still don't know what I am supposed to offer. My question is, can the niche and offer evolve as you go??? Is there a different strategies if you do not know it yet??? I've heard of people posting and their niches unfolding by audience interest. Help 🤪 what do I do??????
