Ok I have wanted to start my YouTube for YEARS!!! I've been watching Alexa from the beginning. But every time I have to nail down my niche and my offer I get stumped. This has literally kept me from posting for over a year. Now I’m doing the 30 day challenge. I FINALLY started posting shorts every day just to build the muscle of recording, uploading and publishing (even messy!). So I am just sort of “document my journey to becoming a creator” in these daily shorts right now. Mostly because I still don't know what I am supposed to offer. My question is, can the niche and offer evolve as you go??? Is there a different strategies if you do not know it yet??? I've heard of people posting and their niches unfolding by audience interest. Help 🤪 what do I do??????

So… in a moment of slight insanity 😅 I’ve decided to create a 30-day foundational series — with daily long-form videos released on YouTube — all focused on helping you start and grow your channel from the ground up. The problem with learning from random YouTube videos is that the information is never in order. This series will be step-by-step and sequential, so you can actually follow a clear path to building your channel the right way. As a thank you for being part of this tribe and supporting my channel, I’m going all in — posting one full video every single day for 30 days straight starting on Monday, November 17th. I’m also planning to create a companion workbook so you can fill it out as you go, stay accountable, and track your progress. What do you think — would you follow along?

Quick question: I've been watching tutorials on editing software, and these two seem very similar. Does anyone have a strong opinion/preference one way or the other, and can you tell me why? Alexa did a great tutorial on Capcut, so I'll assume that one is her preference. My daughter works in Davinci Resolve, but Capcut and Descript seem simpler to me, based on the fact I'm more visual. Thanks for any feedback as I research editing software.
