Evergreen Everyday - The Products question

Student since LYSC v1 back in the day, and I'm back taking Evergreen Everyday (love it!).

Gotta question about my premium offer: What if I want to that to be a monthly paid membership? For example, been thinking about hosting live AMAs and weekly trainings in Skool for business owners who don't have an accountant/CFO. Would my DFY services as an accountant be the premium offer, or could the monthly membership be the premium offer possibly? Most of my target audience isn't ready to hire a CFO/accountant yet but will need my services eventually.
