@Tania Fox That’s a really honest take, Tania, and it's where a lot of people are at Showing up works, but it can start to feel like everything depends on you being on putting a few simple systems in place can help, so the leads you’re already generating don’t just rely on real time presence I’m curious, if you were to make one part of your process more “hands off,” what would you want that to be?

@Tania Fox That makes sense, Tania, Admin is one of those things that’s easy to delay but adds up fast behind the scenes Even having someone help set up and manage those systems can make a big difference so it actually stays off your plate long term. Sounds like you’re already on the right track with it. I usually help coaches with admin too, happy to chat about it if you'd like.

@Peter Sandor Exactly, once you have 1 niche and 1 clear offer, everything else (messaging, systems, outreach) becomes way simpler. The lead tracking/scoring piece you mentioned is huge too, that’s what helps you focus on the right people instead of just more people. Are you close to locking in that one niche/offer right now, or still refining it?
