Hiring Help Shouldn’t Create More Work
It’s one of the most common reasons business owners put off hiring support. And honestly, it makes sense. When you’re already managing clients, leading a team, and keeping daily operations moving, training someone can feel like one more responsibility. But here’s the trade-off: You can keep spending time doing everything yourself, or invest in helping someone learn to take some of that work off your plate. The answer isn’t to spend weeks documenting every process before you hire. It’s to start with a few clear responsibilities, explain what good work looks like, and give the person a structured way to learn. A practical onboarding process should make three things clear: What they own: The tasks and outcomes they’re responsible for. How to do the work: The tools, instructions, and examples they need. When to ask for help: The decisions they can make independently and the situations that need your input. You don’t have to transfer everything at once. Start small, give feedback, and expand responsibilities as the person gains confidence. Having someone guide the onboarding process can make a big difference, especially when you’re already juggling everything else in the business. The goal isn’t just to hire help. It’s to build the kind of support that becomes more independent over time. For those who’ve hired their first VA or team member, what made the onboarding process easier for you?

34,000 reviews and STILL not ranking well!
Parker & Sons is one of the biggest home service companies in Arizona. They do over $220M a year, and their main Phoenix Google Business Profile has 34,220 reviews. Noah Igler, one of my mentors, did a test: He pulled every public review on that profile from the last 30 days. They got 11. (Google doesn't only look at how many reviews you have, but how RECENT!) The newest one was from September 21. Their Tucson profile has about a sixth of the reviews, and it got 116 in the same 30 days. The public data doesn't show why Phoenix slowed down, so we won't guess. He ran a scan for "ac repair near me" across Phoenix: - #1 on 4% of the grid - Top 5 on 6% - Outside the top 20 on 78% - Average rank of 18.7 They only show up strong in a small circle around their office near Sky Harbor. Across the rest of the metro, companies with a fraction of their reviews rank ahead of them. Why 34,000 reviews can't carry a whole metro... A Google Business Profile ranks in a circle a few miles around its address. Inside that circle, a big review count helps. Outside it, the company closer to the searcher wins, even with way fewer reviews. Google also looks at how many reviews are coming in right now. That's why we rank review velocity ahead of total count. Some of the businesses we work with have about an eighth of Parker's reviews and get 10 to 15 times more new ones every month. Here's the review system to install: 1. Track new reviews per profile, every week. Set each profile's target from completed jobs. Make sure to turn 20 to 30% of finished jobs into reviews. 2. Have the tech ask in person before leaving, with a QR code card in hand. About 75% of the reviews our home service companies get come from that one moment. Point the customer toward the service and the town: "If you have 30 seconds, a quick review about the AC repair we did today in Tempe would really help us out." 3. Follow up with everyone who says they'll do it later. They get a text 12 hours after the job and an email the next day. After 48 hours, they go on a call list the office works through every Friday. Pay techs and CSRs per review, and give each group its own leaderboard.

12 Day old website gets Contractor jobs!
I built a basement waterproofing website less than 2 weeks ago, and it got a phone call already TODAY from organic rankings on page 1. (no ads, just pure google ranking). That's damn fast! I have also built 14 other similar websites in the last 10 or so days... all to get JOBS for contractors. We had a team meeting this morning where I went through the details, and I attached the video below. It's about sales/selling, but also breaks down the strategy. You may want to build these for yourself, or I can build them for you as well. These are built in around an hour, entirely using ai! If you want to learn to build these, either to rank and sell the leads, OR for leads for your own business, post below... or join our marketer group at aisprinkled.com/join and ask. I've done SEO since 2012, and it all comes down to a template and strategy. And... as an agency we're starting to sell these leads exclusively to contractors... and unlike some, there's no sharing of leads. If you claim a site, you get ALL the leads, they're not shared with 4 others. If you want info about getting some sites for yourself... go to aisprinkled.com/getleads .

(Video) Build a lead-generating website in under 2 hours!
Watch and learn how you can build these websites to generate your own leads. (or have us build them for you) Imagine having 6-8 of these websites in your area, targeting 40-60 towns/cities... it works! This type of website usually takes 3-5 weeks to start generating jobs for a contractor or local service business. Once the phone calls are coming in, we simply transfer the phone # to the contractor. Here's the website we built: https://foundationrepairmurfreesboro.net (you CAN build these too!) I made this video because someone asked me to show him how to use GHL to build these sites... if I'm not talking as much, I can get it down to 45 minutes, from start to finish... I learned to build the site this way in another community... they provide the website planner I use in this video. It's brilliant: https://aisprinkled.com/rankandrent Here are the steps I took in the video, more or less... -Do research to determine your areas and services -Buy the domain -Use the basic site builder to generate the JSON to give to AI Studio -Create a sub acct in GHL -Go to AI Studio, paste the JSON & tell AI Studio not to build the site yet -In an additional input (due to char. limits) paste additional instructions -Tell AI Studio to build the site -While building, in GHL buy a phone #, create a form, voice AI prompt, "deploy" the phone number & connect it to the AI voice agent -After built, give AI Studio tweaks & changes, add the ph. #, and the form code -When complete, ask AI Studio to build a text knowledgebase - copy it -Create a new knowledgebase in GHL (rich text) / paste the info from above -Connect the domain, change the DNS in registrar -Check the site for canonical, sitemap, robots, etc.. (use "Detailed" App) -Ask AI Studio for all of the url's and add them to the free indexer -Test phone #, voice AI, form notifications, etc Enjoy!
Maybe the best "do this then that" video I have...
If you're a service company/contractor with a website (all of us!) and want to increase conversions and get more calls, copying this video can change your life. It's THAT good... but a lot of work, especially if you don't understand something. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdVITdsrRtE If you want my help, just ask... or do it yourself. Just one way or another, check and make sure this is being done, or you're leaving $ on the table, and your competitors are eating it up!
